How do I get the resurrection signet that the newbie guide talks about?

It's a quest in Pre-Searing, and you take a friend (ie team member) with you to the monk outside of the city at the res altar.

Oh, just adventure in the Lakeside County with a friend and talk to the monk (As soon as you enter, on your left).
